Terms And Conditions

All Pins Worlds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values our customers and stands behind every custom product we produce. We back our work with responsive customer service and a 100% quality assurance commitment. Producing custom items (medals, lapel pins, challenge coins, badges, keychains, patches, and other promotional items) is a team effort—your timely, accurate information is essential. Payment and Invoice Processing
Payment terms are stated in each product description or quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before we accept or begin work on an order. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, electronic check, ACH, or wire transfer unless a separate credit arrangement has been approved. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice, calculated from the invoice date. Orders will not enter production until outstanding invoices are paid. We invoice orders individually and reserve the right to cancel or reject orders. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors in quotations and may cancel orders resulting from such errors. For non-consumer purchases, past-due balances may incur a late fee of 1% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law), assessed every 30 days until paid.

Refund Policy
To request a refund, notify your account representative within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Claims must be submitted within that period to be considered. We will evaluate quality issues or discrepancies between approved samples/proofs and final products; our determinations are final. Refunds or remakes may be provided based on the order status and our quality investigation. Due to their personal and safety-related nature, PPE items are final sale and non-refundable once shipped.

Cancellation Fee
For canceled orders paid by credit card, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover processing costs for the two credit transactions. No cancellation fee applies to orders paid by check or money order.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier under the applicable contract of carriage.

Order Delivery Delays
We make every effort to meet delivery timelines but are not liable for delays caused by: customs inspections or holds; carrier delays, weather, war, changes in international shipping regulations, or other shipping disruptions; or customer-caused changes (design revisions, quantity increases, sample requests, or shipping date changes) after production begins. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the order to the chosen carrier as scheduled.

Changes and Cancellations After Production Starts
No changes to an order are accepted after production has begun. Any requested changes after production starts will be handled as a new order and may incur additional costs.

Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose confidential information received from us, our customers, advertisers, or suppliers. Customer information collected through our programs is proprietary and confidential and must not be reproduced, transmitted, sold, or otherwise commercially exploited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the substantive laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Illinois.

General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter. Your rights under this Agreement are not assignable without our prior written consent; any attempted assignment by you is void and may result in termination of the Agreement. We may assign this Agreement without your consent. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and to change prices, specifications, and terms of sale without prior notice. Orders are subject to material and component availability; we are not liable for inability to ship due to shortages. We are not responsible for typographical errors on our website or in our materials.
